Building Boundaries for Balance

Building Boundaries for Balance workshop(s) are perfect for anyone who struggles to set and hold boundaries. They are ideal for anyone that does body work or where they are in other people’s emotional or physical energy a lot and come away from interactions feeling tired. It’s great for empaths, introverts, over-givers and those who find it hard to say ‘no’. It’s also useful for anyone who would love to gain insight into what has stopped them from setting boundaries in the past and would love to learn wording and other tools to help set balanced boundaries moving forward.

Building Boundaries for Balance workshop(s) cover 7 key boundaries: ENERGETIC, VERBAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, PHYSICAL, MENTAL and SENSORY.  These boundaries are aligned with the 7 chakras and our developmental stages.  These workshops are practical, fun, informative and designed to help you build your boundaries from the inside out. You will receive a worksheet to help you reflect on the tools learned and help you practice strengthening the boundary muscle, after the workshop. We will also touch on inner child work which is really important to help you have the confidence to set strong and healthy boundaries.

The key word here is balanced. We want to respect our own time and needs with balanced boundaries, not walls.

You can expect to leave with a deeper understanding of your own patterns around boundaries as well as some tools to help you feel more confident to practice building the boundary muscle! The more you do it, the easier it gets!

As we being the workshop(s), you will gain an understanding as to why you haven’t been able to set or hold boundaries in the past. Understanding this takes a lot of the self blame away and is actually deeply healing. We then delve into the boundaries with some tools and exercises to help you start to build the boundary muscle!! We finish the workshop(s) with boundary Q&As where I will tune in to your situation and offer boundary advise from an intuitive/psychic perspective, as well as applying the tools we have worked through in the session. Feel free to come prepared with questions or take notes during the workshop to ask at the end.
